Most agile coaches are incredibly knowledgeable about how to structure an operation to be effective. And yet, often they don’t get heard.
If we take a step back, one of the main reasons becomes quite obvious. The people that Agile Coaches want to get heard by operate in a different context, have a different focus, and use different concepts to express themselves. They literally speak a different language. So, wouldn’t it be smart to look at learning this language and how to use it to get our points across better?
This webinar is about what Agile Coaches need to know about organizations and their performance to be able to express themselves and frame their work in a way that gets understood in the board room.

Daniel Hommel brings 18 years of experience in Agile and 10 years of experience in Professional Coaching and Consulting to the table. His initial background is in software development. He contributed chapters to books on Scrum, Online Coaching and AI-Transformation.
Cristina Mühl is an international Coach and Coach Educator, multiple coaching awards winner and has co-authored two books on Solution Focused Team Coaching and Supervision as well as contributing to a book on AI-Transformation. Cristina has a background in Mathematics and Cybernetics. Before coaching she worked as a Financial Analyst for KMPG.
