A Different Operating System for Agile Coaches.
Realizing that there is a problem is often a great starting point for change. But analyzing problems does not necessarily lead to solutions. Getting stuck in the problem space is like jumping in a taxi and shouting „just get me away from here“. It lacks direction.
On top of this everyone might have a different point of view anyway. And what if the solution turns out to not have much to do with the problem in the first place?
In this webinar we present Solution Focus as a more powerful operating system for Agile Coaches that avoids these problems altogether.
Additionally, we discuss how the „ground rules“ of working in a solution focused way might be an antidote to many of the criticisms that Agile Coaches face today.

Daniel Hommel brings 18 years of experience in Agile and 10 years of experience in Professional Coaching and Consulting to the table. His initial background is in software development. He contributed chapters to books on Scrum, Online Coaching and AI-Transformation.
Cristina Mühl is an international Coach and Coach Educator, multiple coaching awards winner and has co-authored two books on Solution Focused Team Coaching and Supervision as well as contributing to a book on AI-Transformation. Cristina has a background in Mathematics and Cybernetics. Before coaching she worked as a Financial Analyst for KMPG.
