Webinar: Redefining Agile Coaching
What Are the Differences That Make a Difference?
The reputation of Agile Coaching has suffered in recent years. And what is in the way of professionalizing the craft is that there doesn’t seem to be an agreement on what truly makes a difference.
Some of the big coaching associations are around for longer than the agile manifesto itself. Using their definitions, we want to try and triangulate what a more useful definition of Agile Coaching could be. In our opinion this definition shows where some of today’s problems with the craft are located and what can be done to resolve them.
On top of providing a useful orientation for what Agile Coaching is and isn’t about, this webinar will also deal with a few common misunderstandings and myths on the matter.
Your hosts will be:
Daniel Hommel brings 18 years of experience in Agile and 10 years of experience in Professional Coaching and Consulting to the table. His initial background is in software development. He contributed chapters to books on Scrum, Online Coaching and AI-Transformation.
